may 19th_SCHOOL'S OUT!
what an exciting, emotional weekend. i got to see my best friend/sister shanell for the first time in seven months! it was so emotional and happy- the first time i had been away from someone i love for that long in my life. we went to a teahouse, and sipped amazing tea that shanell ordered and i had no idea what it was, and we talked about school, japan, work, and the future. bliss. then we went back to her new house, and had a feast of kings- aka velveeta macaroni & pumpkin pie...NOM. as usual, we ended up in stitches of laughter, and it felt good to have my friend back. :) on saturday, i had work at SIX THIRTY! holy moly. it felt so refreshing to watch the sun rise for the first time in FOREVER- a sunrise is so promising. i think i'm going to try to see a few more of those in the near future. after i got off work at 11, i went to coffee bean, and got a fabulous sugar free ice blended- man those things are amazing! after a nap at home, lenna & i got sushi, and checked out the new movie starring our man zac efron- 17 again!

what a heartthrob. after that, we got a scoop of yogurt from ben & jerry's, and were still hungry, so split fries at johnny rocket's. loves it. then we went back to the dorms and watched a good chunk of coyote ugly before i was falling asleep, so i went back to my house and turned in for an epicly long sleep. 1:30AM-12:00PM baby! on sunday, my mom & i drove my brother to the beach. i couldn't stay because i had work/recruitment workshop later that day, so i just had to be teased by the gorgeous sunny day at the beach from the car. sad day. hopefully, i will make it to the beach later this week :) after workshop, work, home for dinner & dues paying, i'm exhausted. nothing too major is going on at school today, which is a welcome change, but i am working a lot- 3 days this week, plus saturday & sunday. saturday is also my sorority fundraiser- phi set spike
and acon's birthday party on friday night, PLUS meeting on sunday night- i am certainly a busy bee! hopefully being this busy will make the end of school go by faster- i am MORE than ready for summer. ONE MONTH OF SCHOOL LEFT!!! :) <3
